CLEAR is a dedicated team of graduate students from the University of Georgia specializing in instructional design and educational technology. They are committed to the philosophy that learning can be simple, engaging, and effective.

Lindsay Moreland-Head
Project Manager
Lindsay is a clinical cardiology pharmacist with a background in managing multiple going projects ranging from precepting various learners clinically to research to quality improvement projects to educational initiatives. She brings not only her expertise in project management to the team, but also experience in simulation, seminar development, and case-based and problem-based learning.

Victoria Elder
SME/Content Developer
Victoria is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and an Instructional Designer for the CDC. She has over 15 years of demonstrated accomplishments and experience in Learning & Development and is passionate about improving organizational processes and inspiring individuals to achieve their peak performance through mentorships, training, and the creating of productive and cohesive teams across diverse industries.

Mary Peacock
Content Developer
Mary is a professional educator with three years of experience in elementary education. She is currently enrolled in the IDD Master's program at the University of Georgia. She brings the team a background in instructional strategies, curriculum-based instruction, and curriculum review.

Desiy Pinto
Instructional Strategist
Deisy is a professional Language Instructor with more than ten years in Elementary Education. She earned her B.S. in Elementary Education in Colombia and is currently finalizing the IDD program at the University of Georgia. She brings the team a unique cultural background and her experience developing and implementing innovative curricula tailored to the student's needs.

Ben Turner
Multimedia Specialist
Ben is a professional educator of 17 years and currently an Instructional Designer for a U.S. Navy contracting company. Additionally, he is in his second year in the IDD program at the University of Georgia. He has experience with various digital tools such as eLearning authoring software and a background in education and training and development in the corporate setting.
